Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations, then through arbitration or courts.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, with service agreements and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ATD Networking.
